this cake is another delicious dessert from my mother's recipe book, plus a fan favorite at freight house.  we take some old school recipes, mix them with classic technique, and finish with new styles of decorating to create a masterpeice.  
 
the cake is a chocolate mayo cake, which is a southern delicacy, topped with peanut butter butter cream, and finished with dark chocolate ganache.
