help me celebrate by favorite holiday and cook a couple classic creole dishes. we will cover some cool butchering techniques, as well as how to cook perfect rice. and no dish is complete with out an amazing sauce to drizzle all over the top. i think my favorite part about this class, is that the skills you learn are important for so many other dishes. this is one you don't want to miss.
