this gift card is for a private class. the class is for up to 8 households. if you would like to add additional households, please let me know and we can chat. 
you and your crew get to pick the time and topic of the class. i am more than happy to provide some ideas, and if you want to learn something specific, i can make it happen.
after you purchase the class, i will contact you and we will set an agreed upon date and time. 
each party lasts about 60-90 minutes. you and your crew are welcome to stay on the Zoom meeting longer to visit or conduct business if necessary. 
a downloadable ingredient/prep list will be provided to each participant. 
you will have the opportunity to cook live with me. you can ask questions throughout the experience and we will finish the class with a q & a. 
your class will be recorded and available for download after the class is completed. the download will be available for 2 weeks.
